TVN's new weekend drama (also streaming on Netflix) has an absolutely bizarre premise. Crash Landing On You sees a South Korean woman stuck in North Korea because of a paragliding accident. While we know that the two main characters are most likely going to fall in love, the unusual setting of North Korea adds an original spin on this age-old Crash Landing on You tells the story of a South Korean woman, Yoon Se-ri (Son Ye-jin), as she crash lands in North Korea following a paragliding accident. Naturally, being in the North Crash Landing on You is a 2019/2020 Korean drama about a North Korean officer who is hiding a South Korean woman. Yoon Se-ri (Son Ye Jin) is a South Korean (SK) chaebol heiress to the Queen's Group. Born into a complicated family of wealth and greed, she is her father's illegitimate child "Crash Landing On You" was fun but every episode felt so long and for no clear reason. I couldn't understand the need for 1 hour and a half episode each time.
